Job Summary
Senior Planner (MEP/Construction) based in Sheffield or Leeds responsible for producing workable, realistic programmes using Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and progress monitoring; arrange and facilitate internal planning meetings; develop Contract Baseline programmes aligned with contract, price and scope; monitor targets, implement corrective actions with project teams; update contract baselines for variations and changes; perform time/risk analyses throughout project life cycle; participate in bid activities with Business Development; ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal/external processes.
