Job Summary
Senior Planner to drive planning for a major infrastructure project (MEP/Building Services). Responsibilities include producing workable programmes that meet contract and client requirements, monthly progress submissions and dashboard/reporting, facilitating integrated planning meetings with stakeholders, contributing to bid activities, creating a contract baseline programme and updating it for changes, monitoring progress against the plan, producing contract-review reports, and performing time/risk analyses with the planning team. Requires extensive planning experience on construction projects, Primavera proficiency, NEC knowledge, and a relevant industry qualification or apprenticeship.
