Senior Planner

Senior Planner leads development and integration of construction execution schedules for large mining EPC/EPCM projects, including sequencing, workface planning, installation logic, milestones, and schedule logic to support safe, efficient field execution. Responsibilities include resource loading and productivity analyses, schedule recovery planning, and ensuring integration of schedule activities across engineering, procurement, and construction, with leadership in mentoring planners/schedulers. The role requires proven capability in coordinating scope definition, data collection, and interfacing with project leadership and client counterparts; candidates typically have extensive experience on camp-based or rotational mining projects and advanced proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6). Hybrid remote work program available; based in Leroy, SK, Canada.
