Job Summary
Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning phases. Coordinate with the project team to control planning, measure progress, and report status. Review schedule updates, liaise with project teams to maintain accurate monitoring, and highlight deviations or delays to Project Management. Collaborate with the Project Controls Manager on claims, extension of time analysis, weekly and monthly reporting, budget preparation, and periodic meetings to advise on schedule impacts. This role is based in the UAE for a Senior Planner with 10+ years of EPC experience.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction industry at similar level, with involvement in Engineering and Procurement phase
- Experience in EPC Projects above US$ 100M with ADNOC (or equivalent) with direct involvement in Engineering and Procurement
- Capability to perform under stressful situations
- Substantial planning, delay analysis and schedule risk analysis
- Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness
- Report writing and communication skills
