Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for specific work centers or product families to ensure on-time delivery. Analyze capacity and manage material requirements through MRP to set priorities for the factory floor. Collaborate with production supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages. Analyze limited-scope problems and recommend solutions to improve workflow and minimize production delays. This developing role builds foundational knowledge in supply and demand analysis and WIP management. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

- Solid understanding of production planning
- Solid understanding of inventory control
- Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
