Job Summary
Senior Planner Advanced Therapies to support the Lentiviral Vector production network in Sassenheim, NL. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to the detailed day-to-day production schedule for LVV production, converting MPS to the detailed schedule, optimizing based on demand and capacity, providing planning support for operations (downtime, maintenance, short-term planning), coordinating with operations and global materials teams to resolve production/material constraints, supporting medium-term planning for scenario analysis and business decisions, ensuring material availability, maintaining master data and production parameters in SAP, and promoting planning improvements aligned with site strategies while incorporating feedback into production plans. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, SCM or related field, at least 3 years in planning/inventory management, SAP experience, and strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: GMP manufacturing experience, pharmaceutical/medical device/chemical industry exposure, and SCM certifications. The role offers a base pay range of €53,500.00 - €85,445.00 with benefits, and is positioned within Johnson & Johnson’s Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent with a focus in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other related Business subject area is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or inventory management or similar supply chain function
- Experience in SAP
- Strong understanding of detailed scheduling processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to operate in a highly collaborative manner and within a cross-functional organization
