Job Summary
Senior Physiotherapist with leadership track sought to provide advanced physiotherapy treatments for complex cases, mentor clinical staff, and contribute to clinic operations, business development, and community outreach. Responsibilities include mentorship and training of staff, enhancing service quality and clinic reputation, managing clinic supplies, and acting as a link between management and frontline teams while driving improvements. Must bring at least three years of experience, AIM Level 3s, Ontario registration (or eligibility), and professional liability insurance; opportunity includes mentorship toward clinic-director roles and performance-based bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Must have minimum three (3) years’ experience
- completion of AIM Level 3s upper and lower courses
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligible for registration)
- Professional liability insurance required, available privately or through CPA
