Senior Physician, Patient Safety

Senior Physician, Patient Safety responsible for medical review of adverse events and pharmacovigilance activities. Key duties include maintaining knowledge of safety profiles and regulatory guidelines, communicating with project stakeholders, mentoring junior physicians, supporting audits/inspections, and contributing to process improvements. Responsibilities span case processing, assigning MedDRA codes, narrative review for medical coherence, assessing seriousness and expectedness, and providing medical inputs to case processing teams. Requires MBBS/MD, 2+ years in ICSR medical review, pharmacovigilance or clinical practice experience, and basic clinical training. Located in Mohali, India with remote work option.
