Job Summary

Translate enterprise provider relations strategy into regional programs with defined goals and performance targets for the South Region. Own execution of multi-market initiatives to improve access, referral volume, and provider engagement while standardizing tools and processes across assigned teams. Manage high-priority provider relationships, represent the organization in community settings, and monitor metrics to drive targeted interventions for underperforming areas. Partner with service line leaders to optimize referral workflows and ensure alignment between engagement efforts and operational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6 years of progressive experience in provider relations
  • Experience leading complex projects, programs, or initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership of staff or teams
  • Experience working across functions to drive outcomes in provider relations, network development, or healthcare operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 8 years of progressive experience in provider relations
  • Experience supporting multi-site, service line, or regional provider relations efforts
  • Experience mentoring or supervising staff
