Job Summary

Translate enterprise provider relations strategy into regional programs with defined goals and performance targets. Own execution of multi-market provider network initiatives, standardizing tools and processes to ensure scalability and consistent delivery of engagement practices. Manage high-priority provider relationships critical to service line growth, representing the organization in community settings to strengthen referral alignment. Monitor referral volumes, leakage, and provider engagement metrics across assigned regions, driving targeted interventions to improve underperforming areas and access. Partner with service line leaders and operational teams to implement optimized referral workflows and cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving care coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6 years of progressive experience in provider relations
  • Experience leading complex projects, programs, or initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership of staff or teams
  • Experience working across functions to drive outcomes in provider relations, network development, or healthcare operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 8 years of progressive experience in provider relations
  • Experience supporting multi-site, service line, or regional provider relations efforts
  • Experience mentoring or supervising staff
