Job Summary
Conduct detailed movement and mobility assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations. Create and implement tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving individual patient goals. Collaborate with clinicians in developing integrated treatment strategies that enhance patient recovery. Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to assist patients during their rehabilitation process. Educate patients about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to facilitate their recovery journey. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and responses to treatments in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Demonstrated clinical competence in various physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and therapy outcome tracking software
