Senior Physical Security Specialist (f/m/d)

Senior Physical Security Specialist (f/m/d) at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. Permanent, full-time role focused on developing and driving a group-wide, risk-based physical security framework, implementing site security concepts across locations, conducting risk and threat assessments (e.g., sabotage, vandalism, espionage, unauthorized access), and defining mitigation measures. Responsibilities include managing and supporting tendering and procurement of security services, advising on security requirements for new sites and leases, standardizing on-site security operations, planning executive and high-profile event security, contributing to executive protection activities, monitoring and reporting security incidents, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requires extensive experience in physical security within complex environments, strong knowledge of security technologies and ISO 27001, understanding of IT/OT environments and energy infrastructure, analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and German; professional certifications (CPP, PSP, CPO) are a strong advantage, with a valid Class B driver’s license.
