Job Summary
Develop and maintain PHP-based applications using open-source technologies like Laravel or Symfony while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions. Engage with potential clients to gather requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare customized proposals that address their pain points. Lead project planning, scoping, and estimation efforts, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline constraints. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
- expertise in open-source technologies such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Proven track record in presales activities, including client engagement, requirement analysis, proposal creation, and deal closure
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
