Job Summary
Shoot and edit video solo or with reporters while gathering scene information and operating live shots. Become drone certified and maintain training for MMJs and photographers on cameras, gear, and LiveUs. Monitor performance in videography, editing, and live-shot quality to provide feedback. Fill in on other shifts as needed, including weekends. This role supports the award-winning news team at WCSC, the #1 station in Charleston, South Carolina, serving the Lowcountry with breaking news, weather, and investigative journalism.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license
- good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Shooting at a commercial television station experience
- Satellite truck operation experience
