Senior Phone Collection Officer

Lead the collection team to contact customers via phone, negotiate payment plans, and handle escalated cases while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Implement strategies to improve the team's performance and achieve key performance indicators through daily monitoring, feedback, and adherence to collection scripts. Collaborate with lawyers to issue letters, oversee tasks, and resolve complex payment issues, ensuring all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on collection status and trends, identify process improvements, and provide guidance to junior officers. Travel to all provinces of Cambodia and abroad for meetings, training, and introductions with BSP and RMA Group.
