Job Summary
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, including families, foundations, and corporate partners, through strategic cultivation and personalized stewardship plans. Forecast major donor revenue, maintain accurate pipelines, and leverage Salesforce and wealth-screening analytics to prioritize prospects and optimize outreach. Cultivate planned giving commitments by coordinating with legal and financial advisors to secure legacy contributions. Collaborate with the Board of Directors, leadership, and marketing teams to secure high-impact contributions and introduce new donor prospects. Develop standard operating procedures and analytics tools to enhance fundraising efficiency and drive long-term organizational sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in philanthropy and major donor engagement within the non-profit sector
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Expertise in Salesforce
- Expertise in wealth-screening tools
- Expertise in fundraising analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform fundraising strategies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing systems and processes to enhance fundraising efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in unstructured or ambiguous situations
- Passion for the mission of the MPN Research Foundation and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by MPNs
