Job Summary
Run day-to-day operations of the aseptic units and manage junior staff. Conduct behind-the-scenes activities including data analysis and audits to ensure effective service delivery. Liaise with medical, nursing, and multidisciplinary staff from other HCA Hospitals regarding patient care. This role requires NVQ 3 in pharmacy services, GPhC registration, and prior hospital experience within an aseptic unit. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with contribution to on-calls on a rota basis.
