Job Summary
Senior Pharmacy Performance Specialist acts as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy to understand data content and the business logic behind data transformations for reporting. Develops expertise in the data and systems used internally and externally by the Pharmacy Department. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting development and testing of processes, and documenting applications, data, and related technologies for the Pharmacy Department. The role offers opportunities to work across lines of business and collaborate with stakeholders in multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
- 2 years experience in Database Management REQUIRED
- 2 years Data Analysis REQUIRED
- Experience with SQL (Intermediate-Advanced) - REQUIRED
- Experience with Databricks (Data engineering / big data platform) - preferred
- Excel (Intermediate-Advanced) - preferred
- Managed Care - 2 years REQUIRED
