Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Lead/ Case Processing Manager- Medical Device experience needed

Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team Leader and Line Manages ICSR staff. Oversees task distribution and workflow; ensures effective cooperation with clients in ICSR management; contributes to company goals; supports project team activities and creates project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities; proposes process changes; manages ICSR deviations; reviews trackers and timesheet data; involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases; supports other departments as directed; serves as the SME for the RA & PV Network Department; may act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and as PRLS for designated language; English fluent; advanced MS Office skills.
