Senior Pharmacovigilance Coordinator, Case Processing

Manage assigned mailboxes by triaging client communications, inbound reports, and internal case processing. Perform duplicate searches, complete initial book-ins, and screen source documents for PHI. Facilitate literature activities, conduct regulatory authority database searches, and send draft reports for client review. Enter basic or full data into safety databases regarding patient reports, suspect drugs, and adverse events. Oversee team workload and client deliverables to ensure daily and weekly goals are met. This role supports ProPharma's advise-build-operate model across the complete product lifecycle for biotech and pharmaceutical clients.
