Job Summary
Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate at ICON responsible for leading the collection, evaluation, and processing of adverse event reports, preparing and submitting PSURs and regulatory documents, collaborating with medical and clinical teams on safety signals and risk management, maintaining pharmacovigilance databases, providing training to junior staff, and supporting audits/inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
- Proven ability to manage the pharmacovigilance process including adverse event reporting and signal detection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced level of English
- Based in Sao Paulo - 100% Remote Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
