Job Summary
Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and correspondence; maintaining client communications with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel; organizing and reviewing medical records and billing; calendaring deadlines and managing litigation timelines; assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy; coordinating settlements and lien reductions; maintaining accurate electronic and physical case files; requires 5+ years of plaintiff PI paralegal experience and strong knowledge of WA civil procedures; proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software; compensation DOE with vacation/holidays; resume and cover letter required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Washington State civil procedures and personal injury practice
- Experience with litigation support and trial preparation
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software
- Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
