Draft diverse legal documents including facta, opinion letters, settlement conference memoranda, pleadings, and applications. Actively participate in legal proceedings such as examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and hearings at the LAT. Manage all facets of case management, including conducting liability, financial, and medical investigations. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entirety of the claims process.
