Job Summary
The Senior Personal Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting financial needs in the community. Key duties include processing customer transactions, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, providing guidance on banking products, and supervising junior staff. This role requires a strong background in customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate others. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma, with preference given to those with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
