Job Summary
Understand the business model and engage subject matter experts to explore opportunities with clients. Provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships through cross-selling and identifying client needs. Execute client account servicing activities including processing wires, fund transfers, account openings and closings, document imaging, and issue research. Handle paying and receiving activities, cash transactions, and daily balancing. Assist with Safe Deposit Box maintenance and train others on deposit area expertise. Monitor banking reports and provide assistance with audits as directed. This is an in-office position in Newport Beach, CA, requiring onsite work Monday-Friday. Salary range is $64,170 - $102,810.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of banking operations, products and services
- Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines
