Job Summary
Provide personalized banking services to clients, including cash handling, processing deposits and withdrawals, opening/closing depository accounts, and handling loan payments. Elevate client relationships through cross-selling of banking products, assist clients with digital self-service tools, and support branch sales goals. Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and BSA procedures, while staying current with product knowledge and professional development. Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred; notary license is preferred or willing to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of banking experience with direct contact with clients
