Job Summary
Senior Personal Banker to engage with customers, build rapport, and help achieve branch goals. Responsibilities include promoting banking products based on customer needs, assisting with account opening and maintenance for consumer and business customers, handling teller transactions, supporting digital banking solutions, inbound/outbound calls to expand relationships, referring customers to business partners, and assisting with financial education courses. Requires strong customer service, relationship-building, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, USA Patriot Act, NMLS/Notary where applicable).Must balance cash drawers, adhere to policies, train and mentor team, and adapt to branch staffing needs. Weekend/evening availability and travel to other locations may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum five years bank customer contact or retail sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings
- Willing and able to travel to other locations/branches
