Job Summary
Process routine and complex transactions including account openings, closings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in accordance with bank policies. Assist in retaining and growing client relationships by identifying needs, introducing relevant financial solutions, and referring appropriate products and services. Lead and motivate branch team members through quarterly coaching sessions focused on achieving retention, growth, and referral goals while modeling exceptional client experiences. Ensure daily operational integrity by managing branch reporting, audits, cash shipments, and compliance with Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism requirements. Serve as the operational and client-facing leader in the absence of the Client Relationship Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of retail banking and/or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in all situations
- Excellent customer service and follow-through skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve internal or external client concerns
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor in all situations
- Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts
- Ability to lead, coach, and influence team members to achieve performance goals
- Full-time onsite role
- Occasionally travel to other locations/branches

Desired Qualifications
