Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues regarding TD products, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking. Maintain a professional branch space while consistently engaging in proactive customer outreach via phone and email to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities. Ensure documentation is accurate and retained in accordance with business policies, while contributing to business objectives by attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers to drive market share growth.
