Senior Personal Banker - Home Borrowing - Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Create a consistent, exceptional customer experience in the branch with a specialty focus on home borrowing advice and Real Estate Secured Lending products. Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs, owning solutions that align with mandate or bringing in an expert for needs outside your capability. Act as a subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues regarding all TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends to support advice recommendations. Proactively engage in customer outreach via phone and email to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities. Ensure documentation is accurate, properly reflects customer intentions, and is retained in accordance with business policies.
