Job Summary
Senior Performance & Rewards Advisor responsible for end-to-end design, governance and operationalisation of enterprise-wide performance and reward frameworks; lead cycles for goal setting, check-ins, performance reviews and recognition/compensation; configure and optimize HRIS modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors); develop dashboards and insights; partner with executives and People & Culture to ensure equitable, strategy-aligned programs and compliance with governance, remuneration and award requirements; drive data-driven decisions and capability uplift for leaders in a medium-to-large organisation.
