Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok for multiple international markets. Remote, individual-contributor role with high ownership: manage end-to-end campaign performance, test creatives and audiences, build and maintain performance reports, participate in budget planning and growth forecasting, and collaborate with Global Marketing and Creative teams. Ensure localization and cultural relevance across markets, stay current on platform updates, and work with local market experts as needed. Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale
- Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment
- Professional English proficiency
