Job Summary
Manage paid social performance for clients across META and TikTok, developing holistic growth strategies that extend beyond campaign setup to include conversion, funnel, and customer journey optimization. Collaborate with the AI Engineer to integrate new approaches from campaign design through post-click experience, while working closely with the creative team to boost push marketing results. Drive account success as a strategic partner, analyzing data to derive concrete scaling measures and taking full ownership of budgets, performance, and client development. Requires C1 German, hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or openclaw, and a mindset combining operational excellence with strategic vision.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit AI-Tools – insbesondere Claude co-work/Code, openclaw oder ähnlichen Tools
- Tiefes Know-how in META- und TikTok-Ads
- Hervorragende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Offen, proaktiv und mit Blick fürs große Ganze
