Job Summary
Senior (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager for Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA, operating in a full-time hybrid role based in Bratislava. You will own Amazon Marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for existing and future customers, design and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals, develop strategies for customers, support other campaign managers, and drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reports. The role requires 2-4 years of online/performance marketing experience, deep know-how of Amazon Advertising, strong Excel (PivotTables), excellent communication skills in English (additional German or French is a plus), and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. The position offers relocation support if needed, a salary in the 2100–3000 EUR gross monthly range (annualized to USD), and a hybrid work arrangement in Bratislava with international exposure and learning opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing
- in-depth know-how of Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console)
- experience with DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO (preferred)
- very good Excel skills (PivotTables)
- strong analytical and communication skills
- English fluency; German or French beneficial
