Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end UA across one or more titles, including budget allocation, marginal CAC targets, and profitability at scale. Define channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, and emerging platforms; identify scaling opportunities, saturation points, and performance constraints. Lead Creative System with marketing to drive high-velocity creative testing and translate insights into repeatable strategies. Identify, evaluate, and grow high-impact partnerships to drive incremental user growth. Own experimentation strategy and measurement frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, incrementality testing, and forecasting (LTV, payback, marginal CAC). Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to influence decisions through UA insights and performance constraints. Identify risks across channels, creatives, and measurement and adjust strategies to sustain growth; stay aligned with BC market specifics and Scopely’s global UA objectives.
