Job Summary

Senior Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and optimizing retail media campaigns across networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, OTTO, eBay Promoted Listings) and platforms (Criteo, Mabaya, CitrusAd, Microsoft Retail Media, Skai). Lead data-driven performance analysis, collaborate with sales/product/analytics, drive campaign QA, build retailer/tool-provider relationships, mentor juniors, and lead bi-weekly retail media meetings. Hybrid work setup in Hamburg; requires 2-4 years in performance marketing with focus on retail media and a proven ROI track record. Strong analytical, communication, and self-motivated mindset to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on retail media advertising (e.g., Sponsored ads or display ads on retailer websites)
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO or The Trade Desk is highly beneficial
  • Proven track record of managing successful retail media campaigns with significant ROI
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present complex contexts clearly in English
