Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google) with planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on both mobile and web. You’ll balance hands-on campaign management with growth planning, monitor performance, run experiments and A/B tests, and prepare regular performance reports to inform optimization and future investment. In-person at our NYC HQ (Union Square) with a focus on driving sustainable growth in a fast-moving startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with experience across paid social and paid search
- Strong experimentation mindset with good judgement on tests that drive impact
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking across mobile and web platforms
- Ability to work directly with performance data from ad platforms and analytics tools to guide optimization
