Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation responsible for cross-channel lead generation with focus on Google Ads, affiliate marketing and email campaigns. You will optimize existing affiliate collaborations, run and monitor social advertising campaigns, create reports and actionable insights for all channels. Lead Email Marketing & CRM initiatives, design and evaluate email campaigns, analyze cross-selling opportunities, and maintain CRM data. Develop and execute SEA campaigns focused on lead generation, continuously evaluate campaign performance (CPL, CR), and run A/B tests to optimize landing pages for conversions. Requires at least 3 years in performance marketing with strong SEA and affiliate marketing; proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics; desirable knowledge of GetResponse, Zapier, Heyflow. Analytical, data-driven, independent, and collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
