Job Summary

Senior Performance Marketing Manager for the D2C team focused on ecommerce growth. Responsibilities include shaping strategy (about 30%), managing campaigns and projects across Google Ads products (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery) and Meta Ads, controlling large international media spend to achieve measurable goals (about 25%), managing client communications with senior management, delivering regular reporting, and collaborating on internal processes and onboarding new colleagues (about 20% + 15%), and ongoing personal development with opportunities for learning from senior leaders. The role requires hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce marketing, expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads, strong project management, client-facing skills, data analysis in Excel, and a proactive, curious, and detail-oriented approach in a fast-growing environment. English proficiency at C1, 3+ years of related experience, and willingness to work in Bratislava (hybrid). Starting salary from 2700 EUR gross per month, final salary based on experience; full-time contract; relocation support can be considered if needed.

Required Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 year of proven hands-on experience in managing D2C E-Commerce marketing campaigns
  • experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics
  • experience with Google's Ad products beyond Search Ads (i.e Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery)
  • experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+ and other campaign types)
  • project management & project planning experience
  • strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze numerical data and synthesize conclusions
  • keen on knowledge sharing internally & externally
  • attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-growing environment
  • hybrid work+remote collaboration capabilities
  • English proficiency (minimum level C1)
  • experience with Shopify or DV360, TikTok, Reddit is a plus
  • experience with scripts & automations is a plus
  • experience with large-scale, international marketing campaigns
  • ability to manage media spend and deliver quantifiable results
