Job Summary
Define and execute Omaze's global Above-the-Line media strategy, translating business priorities into plans that balance brand building with measurable performance outcomes. Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels while managing significant ATL media budgets. Build relationships with global agency partners to oversee planning, buying, and optimisation, leading commercial negotiations to maximise value. Own investment scenarios based on commercial objectives and market conditions, continuously optimising allocation using campaign performance and customer insights. Develop robust measurement frameworks including attribution strategy, Marketing Mix Modelling, and incrementality testing to present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading ATL media strategy across multiple markets with responsibility for large-scale media budgets
- A proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through integrated media planning and optimisation
- Deep expertise in media effectiveness, attribution, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience managing and influencing media agencies to deliver best-in-class planning, buying and optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance long-term brand investment with short-term performance objectives
- Experience working closely with creative teams to develop effective, insight-led campaign assets
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams and building strong cross-functional partnerships
