Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketer responsible for end-to-end Meta performance, accounting for CAC/ROAS targets, creative strategy, testing roadmaps, and cross-channel oversight with a focus on scaling paid growth in a hands-on, async role. You will own Meta campaigns, communicate with co-founders, build and defend forecasts, and lead a growing media buying pod across channels including Google/YouTube, with 50+ hour work weeks and a data-driven, results-oriented approach. Fully remote, with timezones of your choice for team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven scale on Meta (Facebook) advertising with hands-on experience at 100k+/month spend for DTC ecommerce brands, in-platform daily work
- 5+ years of Meta-specific depth including knowledge of CBO vs ABO, attribution windows, signal handling, testing frameworks
- Experience in growth of direct-to-consumer brands, able to push spend month-over-month while maintaining performance within target bands
- Structured operator behaviors: forecasting, weekly reporting cadence, explicit decision rules, written planning
- Creative fluency to brief, critique, and design testing structures for hooks, angles, formats, and copy
