Job Summary
Lead creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts from brief through execution, conducting performance-driven research to optimize messaging based on ad platform data and competitor monitoring. Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior, writing and guiding copy frameworks that drive performance. Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment, while mentoring junior creatives to elevate execution and strategic thinking. Present creative directions to clients and internal teams with clarity, translating qualitative feedback into actionable improvements and staying ahead of emerging trends. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with a strong portfolio in short-form, digital-first content.
