Job Summary
Lead complex Aternity Digital Experience (DEX) engagements across SaaS and hybrid environments, managing deployments, dashboards, alerting, and cross-domain analysis. Design and validate enterprise-scale architectures aligned to customer goals while guiding DEX strategy and SaaS adoption best practices. Support on-prem to SaaS transitions through planning, architecture, and risk management, acting as a trusted advisor during customer workshops and executive engagements. Ensure operational stability, scalability, and security compliance for US secured clients. Requires 10+ years in professional services with TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; candidates must be US-based
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles
- Deep, hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), observability, and application performance
- Proven experience delivering solutions in SaaS environments, including adoption and operationalization
- Experience supporting on-prem to SaaS transitions or hybrid migrations
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage credibly at senior and executive levels
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Clearance Level: TS/SCI preferred
- Ideally this experience will have been gained in Managed Services type scenarios or similar
