Senior Performance Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Performance Analyst independently leads the analysis, validation, and delivery of investment performance data, partnering with performance teams, client reporting, and front/middle office stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and delivering high-quality performance data; reviewing, validating, and approving outputs; providing daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting; overseeing workflows; applying performance methodologies; governance of systems/database data; complex calculations and validation; responding to inquiries; and leading projects for data quality and automation. The role emphasizes data integrity, issue resolution, process improvement, and collaboration across teams within a hybrid-work arrangement in Quezon City, Philippines. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–6+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or wealth management, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Bloomberg/Morningstar/Lipper for IM, Sylvan, Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, or wealth management
- Solid understanding of end-to-end asset management operations, investment styles, performance attribution, risk concepts, and benchmarking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced user of Sylvan, Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper for IM and/or other performance systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and other analytics or automation tools
- Willingness to work on a schedule aligned with the supported region (US Time zone) and flexibility to support Asia hours as needed
