Senior People Tech Specialist (Workday)

Job Summary
Configure, optimize, and continuously improve Workday functionality while troubleshooting complex issues and assessing change impacts across modules, processes, and security. Create and enhance reports and dashboards to support HR process development, including organizational changes and key workflows. Partner with AMS providers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, acting as a senior Workday subject matter expert and technical sparring partner within the global People Tech team. Contribute to prioritizing and driving enhancement initiatives from idea to implementation for a team of 50+ professionals operating across 20 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday experience
- Experience supporting and developing Workday in a mature, post-go-live environment
- Experience with Core HCM and few other key modules
- The ability to quickly understand how changes impact different modules, business processes and security
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with full working fluency in English
- A can-do attitude combined with networking skills, assertiveness and the willingness to take initiative
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Talent, Peakon, Reporting, Absence Management, Time Tracking and/or Workday Security is considered a strong plus.
