Job Summary
Senior Go-To-Market APAC People Team Business Partner leading organizational design, talent management, and people initiatives for Cloudflare's Asia Pacific GTM leadership. Partners closely with APAC GTM leadership to implement proactive solutions, align initiatives, manage performance and compensation planning, execute the People calendar, and drive change leadership. Focuses on building scalable programs, influencing with business acumen, developing client relationships, and enabling teams across cultures and time zones. Requires extensive HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering workforce-focused programs in a distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People/HR teams
- 8+ years as a People Partner/HRBP or equivalent
- experience partnering with APAC Go-to-M market leadership
- strong capabilities in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and compensation/rewards planning
- ability to operate effectively in virtual/distributed environments
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
