Job Summary
Senior People Systems Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS (Workday) platform, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting and Dashboards. Facilitates data integrity, security, and privacy compliance; partners with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement HRIS solutions; integrates with systems such as payroll, ATS, and Okta; develops custom reports and analytics; supports system upgrades and new modules; provides training and guidance to HR staff and end-users; ensures GDPR/CCPA compliance and ongoing data accuracy. Aims to drive process improvements, data-driven decision making, and enhanced HR efficiency through technology and stakeholder collaboration.
