Job Summary
Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, changes, and terminations, while maintaining data integrity for payroll and benefits. Manage complex non-standard cases across EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and supporting global audit processes like SOX. Partner with Global Mobility and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and drive continuous process improvement. Proactively leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort. Operate with high autonomy to uphold operational standards and serve as a key point of contact for lifecycle inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations
- advanced hands-on experience with Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience navigating employee lifecycle processes in audit-conscious operational environments
- exposure to SOX controls
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in at least two to three priority EMEA markets—specifically the UK, Spain, or Romania
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional precision, strong attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to balance execution in high-volume environments with sound judgment on when to resolve, escalate, or route complex operational cases
- Clear, concise communication style and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Location: London, UK (Hybrid – candidates must be located within commuting distance of our London office)
