Job Summary
Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, translating ambiguous needs into structured plans with clear owners and success criteria. Partner crossfunctionally with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to define swim lanes and manage multiple programs in parallel. Drive adoption through enablement and training, while defining leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program health and inform iteration. This hybrid role begins Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in San Francisco for a growing team of MDs, AI scientists, and engineers building enterprise-grade AI for healthcare documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in people programs
- direct ownership of at least one full-lifecycle program such as onboarding/offboarding, performance management, or engagement
- Experience scaling people programs specifically through a high-growth stage (100 to 1000+ employees)
- A track record of owning a program end-to-end and iterating cycle over cycle
- Experience diagnosing and rebuilding programs that weren't working
- Strong judgment on what's a People Programs problem versus an HRBP or People Ops problem, and the ability to clearly define where those lines sit
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience leading training or enablement sessions for employees and managers
- Comfort with ambiguity and limited precedent
- Ability to take a complicated problem and create clarity around a solution
- This is a hybrid position (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) in San Francisco
