Senior People Partner

Senior People Partner at Trainline, partnering with senior Technology and Data leaders to shape and deliver people plans that align with business priorities using workforce data and external trends. You will coach leaders on organisational effectiveness, lead organisational design and business transformation initiatives (including collective consultation where appropriate), and drive proactive people partnering through engagement insights and industry trends. You will support performance management, calibration, capability development, and challenging conversations, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations and Legal to deliver integrated solutions. You will contribute to building a proactive, insight-led People Partnering function, support AI and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, and help evolve how the People Partnering team operates to create a more strategic, commercially focused partnering model across the function. We are looking for extensive experience as a People Partner supporting Technology, Engineering or Data organisations; strong change-management skills; relationship-building and stakeholder management; a generalist People partnering background including employee relations and employment law; and a collaborative, growth-minded approach to shaping the future of People Partnering and the wider People team.
